We took a road trip to Niagara Falls and Toronto Monday through Friday. Played 18 in a cart on Wednesday and did our share of walking.

Fitting

On Sunday I mowed the lawn and worked a bunch of the trim. B wasn’t feeling well so we didn’t workout. Yesterday I had a club fitting with Titleist for new irons and wedges. I pretty much hit clubs for an hour straight. My low back and left side are feeling it.

On Sunday we pulled trim and flooring for 4-5 hours and then went for a 2.5 mile walk. Yesterday was day 9 of the yoga series and only 22 minutes. Back in the garage today.

Took us 28:34, with over a third of it being on that first section. It got real in section three. We both really liked the squats with the raised heels and felt like it took pressure off of our backs

My back is feeling a bit better each day.

One partner doing reps while the other holds and then switch. We alternated the leader each round. I started 10-10 on the push-ups but switched to 12-8 and those eights got tough! Took us 18:57.

I stumbled on this guy in the Instagram suggestions and B did a couple of his workouts this week. We definitely cut back on the time and rounds though. I was really sweaty from this and nice to try some new movements. It was a lot of time in a plank today!

Now it’s time for brunch and ice cream, then the big game tonight. GO DUKE!!

Some Different Movements

My back loosened up as the day went, but still not great. Far from my worst tweak though. Warmed up with 12×45 and 12×95 on the bench.
