Shorty Session

Yesterday I walked 18 holes of golf. My left wrist really hurt most of the day today, but it was mostly better by the time we went out to the garage.

  • 24 Lat Pulldowns (82#)

  • 30 Band Pull Aparts (red)

We just weren’t in to it and cut the session super short.
