Shoulders not great so I didn’t do 100 as planned. Took 1:58.

  • 15/15 Tricep Kickbacks (15#)
  • 15 Double DB Skull Crushers (15# DBs)

10:00 Airdyne (AD2)

An easy 3.5 miles at about 70 RPM.

Walked about 2.5 miles with my sister in the afternoon.
