Rest day today, but that means it’s a good day for strict pull-ups, with varying grip widths out in the garage. Took several minutes between each set as I was working in the house.

- 9 (just outside normal grip)
- 10 (normal grip)
Up from 6-8-9-8-9 on the 29th for an extra 4 reps.
