  • ~0:30 Rest
  • 5:00 Air Dyne
  • ~0:30 Rest

Nice and easy recovery day. On the ski erg I went 944, 995, 999, and 1026 meters. On the Air Dyne it was 2.36, 2.38, 2.43, and 2.46 kilometers.
