My legs are still sore as hell, but the front squat volume last night sure didn’t help. Rest day today, but wanted to get in day 2 of Smolov pressing before golf.

I did Crossover Symmetry Activation first.
Shoulder Press

- E2M for 7 sets
- 5×115#
Used the clock to push it along since I had to shower, eat, and get to the golf course. Harder than yesterday, even with the much shorter rest, but still not terrible.
Going to an Explosive Training Seminar with Ryan Moody tomorrow. Should be fun!
