Early to Rise

Set an alarm for 7am so I could get stuff in before heading to golf.

Run Every Day

Simple and easy 1.13 miles in 10:42. Only one more day!

Front Squats

  • 10×45#
  • 5×135#
  • 6x3x215#

Light day in the middle of week 2. Kept rest to 2:00 between sets.
