Do Something

I didn’t want to get moving this morning, but I finally got out of bed and did a quick circuit in my hotel room. No clock, no pressure.

10 Rounds

  • 10 Lunges
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Sit-ups

Worked up a little sweat. Now I feel better.
