Track WOD

Tonight, we had 18 of us show up to do a workout at a local high school track.

Warm-up

  • 100m Run
  • 100m Run Backwards
  • 100m Run
  • 100m Run Backwards
  • High Knees, Butt Kicks, Power Skip, Samson Stretches, Carioca

WOD

Teams of 3, so that you rest while the other 2 people run.

  • 1x 400m
  • 2x 200m
  • 3x 100m
  • 2x 50m

Only 3/4 of a mile, but all fast paced. Good stuff.
