Was able to get all the way down today, so lightened the load. Much harder.

I kept the same weights as last week, but B went up on the RDLs.

- 10 DB Step-ups (20”, 45s/35-35-40s)
- 4/4 Twisting Box Jumps (18/12”)
I went up from 40s and added the 6″ to the jumps.
